All WTKF National Federations and Members:
It is with great pleasure to announce the promotion of Dr. Włodzimierz Kwieciński to 9 th Dan, Mahmoud Tabassi to 9 th Dan, Nelson Carrion to 8 th Dan, and Nilton Aurimar De Souza to 8 th Dan. These individuals have been recommended for promotion by their respective National Federation andapproved by the WTKF Technical Committee based on their in-depth knowledge
of Sensei Nishiyama Traditional Karate and their achievements.
Each with more than 55 years of consistent Traditional Karate training, these individuals have a long list of accomplishments. This includes, but not limited to,selfless sharing of their knowledge with others, producing numerous exemplary instructors and champions, successfully creating and running nationalfederations and international organizations to cultivate Traditional Karate,
providing environments and opportunities for the advancement of training and improvement of the body, mind, and spirit.
