INFORMATION FOR FEDERATIONS

Basic rules for publishing information from the federations.
Each Federation can send to the Secretary General to secretary.wtkf@gmail.com any information that it considers important to publish, either to announce regional or international events.

The content of the website will be officially published in English. Therefore, any information you submit for publication must be translated into English, and if applicable, also into your local language. If for some reason it is only regional information, it must contain at least general information also in English, so that the other federations can be informed about it in a neutral language such as English.

When you send information, please, keep in mind to send original documentation in a suitable resolution for the web, respecting the logos of the federations and of the WTKF itself. Low quality images will not be published.

If they send images to upload, they must send an attached letter that ensures that they have rights to be able to publish that information and who is responsible or responsible for such information. Otherwise it cannot be published.

The information that includes text must be sent in an editable .DOC format.
If you send information only in PDF format, it cannot be published. This must be accompanied by a file in DOC format that allows the webmaster to copy and paste the text on the web. Images must contain a resolution suitable for publication on the web, whether in JPG, PNG, TIFF or any other image format.

If you want to incorporate information for the CALENDAR section of our website, it is important to define the following titles.
  • 1) Event title
  • 2) Place
  • 3) Date
  • 4) Link to more information (which may be on your own website). Links that lead to non-secure pages will not be published, even if these are "official" federative pages.
We prefer that when expanding more information it is done within the WTKF website itself, to ensure that the links work in the long term.
If it is a competition, it is recommended, at the end of the event, to send a document with the results of the championship, as well as photos and videos that can be published in order to show the rest of the federations more information about the event they have organized. .
All this effort helps the web to contain quality content that is clear and equal for everyone.
If you are a federation and want to send us the information on the events organized by your country, please send an email to the general secretary (secretary@wtkfederation.org), indicating Date, Name of the event (English please), City and link to the information on your website.

To place the information on our website, you must send one imagen/Banner of 1920 x 570 pixels (for the HOME header), also an image of 460 x 680 pixels, to use in the thumbnails of the news. In addition, a DOC that contains the basic information such as Date, Place, Web, email as well as contact telephone number, and any other information that you wish to include. On the WTKF website we publish the information in English.
