Only one national organization per country may be affiliated with the WTKF
Membership Application
We are pleased that you have chosen to apply for membership with the World Traditional Karate-Do Federation (WTKF). The application process is straightforward and outlined below.
Please note that all applications must include a copy of the constitution of the national organization, officially approved by the relevant government authority.
Membership applications are reviewed by the WTKF General Assembly, which meets annually. Upon approval, applicants will receive an annual membership fee invoice, and approved national federations will be listed on the WTKF website.

Note: The form must be signed by a National Federation Representative.

WTKF Membership Fee Categories
WTKF membership fee levels are determined according to the World Bank’s most recent country income classifications, which are updated annually. Each country is assigned to one of the following four categories.
Income classifications are based on the World Bank Group’s FY2026 country income classifications, effective July 1, 2025.
Category I – High-Income Economies
Fee Requirement: Countries in this category are required to pay 100% of the applicable fee.

Fee Requirement: Countries in this category are required to pay 75% of the applicable fee.
